By a decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sydykov Aybek Zheksenalyevich was appointed to the post of Vice Minister of Culture and Information.
He started his career in 2006 as a tour guide at the Museum of the History of the City of Almaty.
2007-2015 – Researcher, Deputy Director, Director of the Museum of the History of the City of Almaty.
2015-2016 – Director of the KGKP "Association of Museums of the city of Almaty".
2016-2022 – Head of the Museum Department, Deputy Director of the State State Museum "Center for Cultural Convergence".
2022-2025 – Deputy Director of the GRCP "National Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Culture Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since January 2025 – Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
