In 2024, more than 1.1 million orders for people with disabilities were completed through the Social Services Portal (hereinafter referred to as the Portal), including: about 974.6 thousand for technical rehabilitation equipment (hereinafter referred to as TSR), 8.8 thousand for sign language services, 27.1 thousand for individual assistant services, 99.9 thousand for sanatorium treatment.
The portal allows people with disabilities to independently choose the manufacturer and supplier of rehabilitation equipment and services. The order of the type of assistance is carried out by confirming the electronic digital signature of the recipient. You can receive the ordered TCP by delivery or pickup.
Provision of rehabilitation facilities for persons with disabilities (hereinafter referred to as LSI) includes the provision of prosthetic and orthopedic, sign language, typhlotechnical and hygienic products, as well as wheelchairs.
To date, 856 providers of special social services (departments), 845 providers of TCP, more than 31 thousand providers of individual assistant services, 763 – sign language and 116 – sanatorium treatment have been registered on the Portal.
