By order of Akim of Akmola region, Nurbek Baktybaevich Badyrakov was appointed head of the Department of Agriculture and Land Relations.
Nurbek Badyrakov was born on June 11, 1988 in the South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, M. H. Dulati Taraz State University and Peoples' Friendship University of Kazakhstan.
He started his career in 2009 as a statistician in the Department of Agriculture of the South Kazakhstan region. In 2010, he worked as a leading specialist in the department of agricultural processing and the introduction of new technologies in the Department of Agriculture of the South Kazakhstan region.
In 2012, he was the head of the Department of Agriculture and Water Management of the Department of Agriculture of the South Kazakhstan region, from 2013 to 2015 - Deputy Head of the Department of Agriculture of the South Kazakhstan region.
From 2016 to 2017, he worked as the Chief manager in the Department of Analysis and Development of the activities of subsidiaries and affiliates of the National Management Holding
KazAgro, Assistant deputy in the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the South Kazakhstan Regional Territorial Inspection of the State Inspection Committee in the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the office of the Akim of Shymkent.
From July 2018 to July 2022, he worked as the head of the Department of Agriculture of the Turkestan region.
In 2022-2023, he was the akim of Ordabasinsky district.
Prior to his appointment, he was the head of the Department of Agriculture of the Turkestan region.
