Law and order: an unusual sports tournament was organized for the youth of Astana

The Jarqyn Bolashaq project continues to work on the prevention of ludomania and fraud among the capital's youth. As part of the project, a bumper ball match was organized at the College of Public Catering and Service (Kopis), the official website of the Akimat of Astana reports.
Bumperball is a fun sports game that is a football game in which players put on large inflatable balls. The balls cover the upper part of the body, leaving the legs free to move.
"Previously, we organized paintball and bowling tournaments in an effort to offer young people a variety of healthy alternatives to gambling and fraud. Bumperball is a little—known but exciting sport that can attract attention just by taking a photo. Such sports activities perfectly contribute to strengthening team spirit and active recreation," said Olzhas Amangeldy, an employee of the Astana Zhastary Youth Resource Center.
The exciting sporting event attracted the attention of Kopis students, volunteers and activists of the city. More than 100 people took part in the bumper ball tournament.
The winning teams were awarded with letters of thanks.
It is also planned to hold a team building with the participation of 100 people within the framework of the project this week.
The Jarqyn Bolashaq project, which helps young people find healthy alternatives to gambling and protect themselves from scammers.
Recall that in Kazakhstan, including the capital, the international action "16 days of active action against violence" is taking place these days, which will last from November 25 to December 10.
