Deputy chairman of the board of SEC" KOKSHE "Yerkebulan Bayakhmetov noted that in 2024, within the framework of the program" Ken Dala 2", 35 applications worth 11 billion tenge were approved and financed. Acceptance of applications for preferential loans to start preparing for spring field work in 2025 began in December last year. A framework agreement worth 32 billion tenge was concluded between JSC" agrarian Credit Corporation "and SEC" KOKSHE". Farmers receive preferential loans and prepare for field work.
In addition, the deputy chairman of the SEC reported on the formation of a regional stabilization fund, forward financing of producers of socially important goods and processing enterprises, as well as seven investment projects aimed at the construction of dairy farms.
After hearing reports on key indicators, Marat Akhmetzhanov noted that agricultural producers who received preferential loans and subsidies as state support should show high results in terms of productivity and quality. He noted that in order to achieve effective results, District akimats need to work in harmony with agrarians and SEC "KOKSHE".

These lending programs are the basis for the sustainable development of Agriculture and the economy as a whole in their fields. Akims of the districts were instructed to conduct a screening of settlements and provide support for each borrower to identify potential participants in the Auyl Amanaty program. For the implementation of this program, it is planned to allocate 1.8 billion tenge and issue at least 308 micro-loans, which will create 391 new jobs.
In addition, the governor of the region was informed about the modernization of the housing stock in Kokshetau. On the square of valikhanov – Gogol, Sain – Bykovsky streets, six old houses were demolished, the foundations of two high-rise buildings were poured, tower cranes were installed.
"On your behalf, we have divided this program into two stages: the first stage – 2025-2027, the second stage – 2028-2030. He noted that the program of modernization of the housing stock not only caused good reviews among the population, but also attracted potential investors among construction companies.
