The Zhanuya Family Institute Support Center has been operating in Astana for several years now. Over the past year, more than 41,000 citizens have asked for help here on 44,000 different issues, the official website of the Mayor's Office of the capital reports.
The Support Center of the Zhanuya Family Institute of the Astana Akimat was established to provide comprehensive support to families in difficult situations.
In 2024, more than 41 thousand people contacted Zhanuya on more than 44 thousand issues, including:
- 1,243 requests for legal assistance;
- 495 requests for psychological help;
- 27,653 requests regarding the work of the social services portal: 17,208 applications were accepted, 10,445 people were consulted.
It is worth noting that 2,051 families, together with charitable foundations from the Center, received charitable assistance in the form of food baskets, hygiene products, household chemicals, and visits to cultural and entertainment events.
64 events were held for families in difficult situations, including the prevention of domestic violence: cultural and entertainment, training seminars, master classes, open days on legal issues, live broadcasts on legal literacy and psychological assistance.
