15 people addressed their problems to the head of the region. They raised issues related to education, healthcare, housing and communal services, employment, and others.
Father of many children M. Irzin asked for help in finding employment and providing housing, aktyubinka R. Rysmagambetova addressed the issue of housing privatization. In 2016, a woman received a one-room apartment from the state fund and was interested in the possibility of privatizing it. O. Dalmagambetov, a pensioner from Temir district, told the mayor about the unsatisfactory condition of the road in Zhambyl village and asked for it to be repaired.
The mayor listened to the petitioners and specific answers were given to each question. Any appeal from citizens will be resolved within the framework of the current legislation.
Heads of departments and akims of districts also listened to the complaints and suggestions of Aktobe residents.
At the end of last year, during the reception of citizens, the akim of the region received 174 people.
