Based on the appeal, the Department of Land Resources Management of the Mangystau region of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an unscheduled inspection of the farm.
It has been established that the land plot allocated for farming has not been used for its intended purpose for a long time. An order was issued to the owner to eliminate violations of land legislation.
Due to the failure to comply with the order during the year, an administrative fine was imposed on the owner by a court decision.
The Department filed a lawsuit for the compulsory seizure of the land plot into state ownership. The court's decision fully satisfied the department's claims.
