The JOLTAP project continues to be implemented in Astana, which helps residents of the capital to find work and increase their earnings. Moldir Zamanbekova, a graduate of the program, told how she was able to change jobs and earn a good income, the official website of the city akimat reports.
Moldir worked as an English teacher, and after seven years she worked in the banking sector.
After coming out of maternity leave, she decided to make drastic changes, choosing to work online. The Astana woman found out about the JOLTAP project through an advertisement on Instagram.
"I realized that this is my chance. I was already interested in SMM before, but I lacked a systematic approach and offline learning. The JOLTAP courses allowed us to gain the necessary knowledge and support from the mentors of the project," said the graduate.
The training lasted 11 days. The main focus was on practice, real-world case studies, and individual work with supervisors. According to Moldir, the course supervisor was always in touch, responsibly checked assignments and helped sort out complex topics.
"Each lesson was carefully thought out, and learning offline provided an opportunity to delve deeper into the material. In order to consolidate the completed material, there were homework assignments. A similar learning process has already borne fruit after a few days of study. And after completing the courses, I confidently began to apply my knowledge in my work," the girl said.
The graduate of the program actively advises residents of the capital to study at JOLTAP courses. She noted that during the course of her studies she made new acquaintances and discovered additional opportunities for herself.
"Thanks to this project, I met a lot of interesting people in my field, and also learned how to work in a team. The JOLTAP project provides young people with the opportunity to find their vocation and become a specialist in their field. Participating in the project gave me an incredible experience and opened up great prospects in the field in which I decided to work," Moldir emphasized.
