The owner (an individual) started construction without having permits - APS, approval of the draft design, project expertise and notification of the start of construction and installation work.
As a result of an unscheduled inspection, administrative measures were taken against the owner based on a resident's request.
Later, according to the claim of the department, the decision of the Zhetysu District Court of Almaty dated September 7, 2023 on the demolition of an illegally erected three-story apartment building was issued.
The dismantling of the facility is carried out by the owner voluntarily with the participation of bailiffs.
As part of the order of Almaty Mayor Yerbolat Dosayev to strengthen construction control, 63 illegal facilities, including the Mechta, KHAN and others residential complexes, have been completely or partially demolished since the beginning of 2023.
