To achieve these goals, a single set of requirements has been introduced that regulates the architectural and landscape environment, the appearance of streets, highways and other areas of the city, as well as the placement of landscaping elements and the design of building facades. These measures will help preserve the uniqueness and integrity of the urban space.
"It is recommended to introduce a single color palette consisting of pastel monochrome shades to all elements of the urban environment. This applies to building decoration materials, signage, information structures, landscaping elements, outdoor furniture, non-stationary retail facilities, bicycle parking, fences and engineering structures. When decorating facades, it is forbidden to use color solutions that are not typical of the architectural style," said Ainur Tankybayeva, head of the Department of Land Relations of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Kokshetau.
Today, small and medium-sized businesses are actively developing in Kokshetau, and the streets are full of various signs. The uniform style of signage will improve the appearance of the streets and enhance the quality of the urban environment.
For the convenience of passengers at bus stops, it is proposed to install modern pavilions with weather protection and comfortable seats. The landscaped courtyards of residential complexes with thoughtful landscaping and landscaping contribute to creating a cozy and safe living environment.
Decorative lighting plays a key role in the beautification of urban spaces. In Kokshetau, it is recommended to use warm tones and LED floodlights, which gives the city a unique and cozy appearance in the evening and at night. This helps to highlight the architectural features of buildings and create attractive public spaces.
