The Department of Municipal Infrastructure Development of Almaty summed up the results of the additional stage of the Almaty Zhastary program, which took place from July 29 to August 7, 2024.
On the platform www.almaty-zhastary2024.kz 2,757 participants received access to the editing of applications, of which 1,872 submitted documents in the following areas::
- healthcare – 456,
- education – 773,
- culture – 95,
- sport – 23,
- Universities and research institutes – 196,
- MASS media – 40,
- social sphere – 75,
- public utilities – 139,
- working youth – 75.
Following the review, 759 applications were approved in the following areas::
- healthcare – 210,
- education – 332,
- culture – 24,
- sport – 3,
- universities and research institutes – 74,
- MASS media – 22,
- social sphere – 18,
- public utilities – 56,
- working youth – 20.
Of these, 183 participants with the highest score will receive referrals to confirm their ability to pay.
Participants who have received referrals must contact any Otbasy Bank service center within 15 business days. After successful confirmation of their ability to pay, they will be able to choose housing on the primary or secondary market within 45 calendar days.
The remaining 576 participants are included in the reserve until the end of the confirmation period for the first applicants.
The main reasons for the refusal of 1,113 applicants were the lack of necessary documents, including certificates of housing, pension payments, and others.
