By agreement of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kuzembayeva Bulbul Bisembaevna was appointed head of the Department of Education of the Aktobe region.
She was born in 1978 in Aktobe region, has a higher education: in 2000 she graduated from West Kazakhstan State University with a degree in pedagogy, in 2016 - Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov with a degree in Law.
She started her career in 2000 as a teacher at secondary school No. 2 in Martuk district. From 2003 to 2007, she continued to work at this school as the deputy director for educational work. In 2007-2010, she held the position of Head of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the Martuk district. In 2010-2011, she was the head of the Monitoring and Information and Analytical Work Department of the Department for the Protection of Children's Rights in Aktobe region. In 2011-2018, she served as deputy akim of the Martuk district and akim of the Wilsky district. From 2018 to 2022, she headed the Department for Quality Assurance in the field of Education of the Aktobe region in the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since June 2022, she has been acting as the head of the Department for Quality Assurance in the field of education of the West Kazakhstan region in the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
