The Turkestan region continues to implement major investment projects. Akim of the region Darkhan Satybaldi met with Turkish businessman Iskender Kaplan to discuss the construction of a modern carpet factory that meets international standards.
– Kazakhstan and Turkey are fraternal countries, and our cooperation is of particular importance. We strive to attract investments and create manufacturing enterprises in the Turkestan region. Our goal is to support the development of local brands and products of Turkestan so that they become known in the international arena," said Darkhan Satybaldy. The Mayor instructed the responsible persons to prepare the necessary infrastructure for the implementation of the project.
In turn, Iskender Kaplan, Chairman of the Board of the Milat Hali company, expressed his readiness to start a project in Turkestan.
– It is a great honor for me to be in historical Turkestan. This city occupies a special place in the world of the Turkic peoples. Our company, which has long established itself at the global level, is ready to build a modern factory for the production of carpets and accessories here. We intend to start work as soon as possible," he stressed.
Milat Hali is a large international company specializing in the manufacture of carpets, which exports its products to many countries around the world.
It should be noted that the delegation of the Turkestan region previously visited Turkey, where business negotiations were held and memoranda were signed. These agreements are already yielding results, and work in this direction continues.
