Today, a significant event took place in the city of Rudny – two apartment buildings were put into operation. The keys to 122 new apartments were given to waiting lists, including large families and people with disabilities. The Governor of the region visited the new settlers, congratulating them on this important event, and wished them well-being, health and comfort in their new homes.
Implementation of the instructions of the Head of State
Providing citizens with high–quality housing is one of the key areas outlined by the Head of State. Relevant instructions are being successfully implemented in Kostanay region. The results are impressive:
In 2024, 500,000 square meters of housing were commissioned, which made it possible to provide more than 5,000 families with new apartments.
Significant funds have been allocated for the purchase of rental housing. Last year, 940 apartments were purchased, which is 5.7 times more than in 2023.
This year, it is planned to purchase 1,500 more apartments, which will provide housing for even more needy families.
In addition, the reconstruction of old buildings in Rudny continues. Since 2023, 11 apartment buildings with a total area of more than 28 thousand square meters have been restored. This work continues to give a new lease of life to the city's infrastructure.
Development of industrial potential
Another important facility of Rudny was the Kazogneupor plant, an enterprise that produces refractory materials for various industries. The plant's products are in demand not only in Kazakhstan, but also on international markets: about 70% of the products are exported.
The company is actively modernizing. A technical re-equipment program is being implemented, aimed at increasing productivity and competitiveness.:
The total amount of investments in reconstruction and development is 6.9 billion tenge.
In 2023, 1.7 billion tenge was invested, in 2024 – 3.2 billion tenge, and in 2025 another 2 billion tenge is planned.
The launch of new production lines will increase the volume of products by 2 times.
Government support plays an important role in the development of the enterprise. In 2024, thanks to the fixing of raw material prices, the plant was able to stabilize production and increase output with high profitability.
Under the control of the regional leadership
Each of these projects, whether it is providing citizens with housing or developing industrial potential, is under the personal control of the akim of the region. This approach allows you to quickly resolve emerging issues, ensure the effectiveness of tasks and achieve high results.
Kostanay region is steadily moving forward, implementing large-scale projects that create comfortable conditions for residents and strengthen the region's economy. Housing construction and modernization of industrial facilities are key areas that serve as the basis for the further development of the region.
