All necessary measures have been taken to ensure the stability of potato prices in Astana. There is no shortage of this product. The products are presented in sufficient quantities in the city's retail chains and markets, and their stocks are replenished in a timely manner.

JSC "Astana" SPK" has signed contracts for the supply of more than 7 thousand tons of potatoes, which will allow maintaining stable prices for the product in a number of trading locations. The cost of potatoes ranges from 185 to 250 tenge per kilogram.

The contract volumes are divided between several suppliers:
«Magnum Cash&Carry» LLP – 4160 tons,
«KazPromAgro» LLP (Pavlodar region) – 2240 tons,
«Nurbek» KK (Turkestan region) – 680 tons.

Potatoes are available in the city's retail chains such as «Magnum», «Vkusmart», «Ayan», «Anvar», «Fermag», as well as in Sauran, Shapagat and other markets.

In addition, «Astana» SPK» JSC has concluded new contracts for the supply of more than 7 thousand tons of potatoes continues its work. Special attention is paid to the formation of a reserve of potatoes at a fixed price of 185 tenge per kilogram in the "Magnum" network.

At the same time, the Regional Commission monitors and regularly checks the unjustified increase in prices for socially significant food products.
