Today, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the head of the region, Nurlybek Nalibayev, to discuss the volume of potatoes and other food products in the stabilization fund, as well as the implementation of the "Art-Sport" program in the region. It was attended by city and district akims and heads of responsible sectors in a selector mode.
At the meeting, the head of the region assigned specific tasks related to the issues on the agenda and warned that their implementation should be approached with great responsibility.
"Agriculture, entrepreneurship departments, Baikonur SEC, city and district akims, urgently monitor the prices of food, including socially significant goods. Take strict control of social corners in social stores and large shopping malls. Strengthen supervision to prevent unreasonable price increases and speculation.
Regarding the second issue, on the recommendations of the prosecutor's office, accelerate the recovery of funds to the budget from suppliers who have illegally appropriated budget funds. "The contracts with suppliers who violate the law and fail to meet the requirements should be terminated unilaterally.
The regional departments of economy and finance, culture, archives and documentation, physical culture, sports and tourism, and the akims of the city of Kyzylorda and the district should jointly study the effectiveness of transferring clubs in rural areas to the city and district departments of culture and make recommendations," said N. Nalibayev.
Daniyar Zhanalinov, the first deputy akim of the region, reported on the audit of the targeted spending of funds allocated for the "Art-Sport" program.
The competent authorities have created a special working group to monitor the effective and targeted spending of budget funds allocated for state orders and are conducting an audit.
