An extraordinary XXV session of deputies of the regional maslikhat was held in the Zhetisu region, at which a number of issues were considered, including those related to clarifying the regional budget for 2025-2027 and the work plan for the development of ecological culture in the region within the framework of the Taza Kazakhstan concept, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.
The deputy akim of the region Asset Kanagatov made a report on the main issue of the agenda – the clarification of the regional budget for 2025-2027.
As noted, it was decided to allocate the remaining budget funds generated by the end of 2024 to priority social projects to improve the quality of life of the region's population. Among them are the purchase of rental housing for socially vulnerable segments of the population, housing construction, engineering and communication networks, road repairs, while special attention will be paid to the development and improvement of the regional center on behalf of the akim of the region. The measures taken will primarily be aimed at modernizing infrastructure and creating a comfortable urban environment.
Akim of the city Ernat Bazil reported on the plans for the development of the regional center in more detail. According to him, construction of housing in new neighborhoods, repair of roads, reconstruction of heating networks and construction of new social facilities will continue. Attention will be paid to updating the architectural appearance of the old neighborhoods of the city, starting from the reconstruction of the roof and facade of houses and ending with courtyard areas. In addition, new parks and squares will decorate Taldykorgan, and irrigation ditches will be repaired.
Summing up the session, Akim of the region Beibit Isabayev briefly outlined the main indicators of the socio-economic development of the Zhetisu region by the end of 2024, shared plans for the current 2025, and also stressed that the effective implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State would create new jobs, improve economic development in general, which together would improve the quality of life. the life of the population.
It should be noted that by asking clarifying questions and voicing proposals on topical issues, the deputies supported the changes made to the main financial document of the region.
