By the order of the akim of Almaty region, Aidyn Auesbayuly Auesbay was appointed to the position of Head of the State Architectural and Construction Control Department of Almaty region from January 23, 2025.

Aidyn Auesbayuly was born in 1981, has a higher education, graduated from the M. Tynyshbayev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications in 2005 with a degree in "Construction Mechanization and Automation", in 2012 from the O. A. Zholdasbekov Academy of Economics and Law with a degree in "Jurisprudence", and in 2024 from the International Transport and Humanitarian University with a degree in "Economics".

He began his career in 2006 as a leading specialist in the Zhambyl district housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways department of Almaty region. Over the years, he has held the positions of leading specialist, head of department, deputy akim of the Uzynagash rural district of the Zhambyl district of Almaty region, akim of the Raiymbek rural district of the Karasai district of Almaty region, head of the Karasai district akim's office, deputy akim of the district, ethics representative of the Almaty region akim's office, deputy head of the Almaty region passenger transport and highways department, director of the department of investment projects in the mining, metallurgy and processing industries of "AEK Konayev" JSC.

From December 23, 2023 to the present day, he has served as deputy akim of the Ili district of Almaty region.
