During a working trip to Mugalzhar district, regional akim Askhat Shakharov visited two schools and a kindergarten and got acquainted with the children's learning conditions.
The deadline for the completion of the "Zhayly Mektep" in Kandyagash was extended several times due to unscrupulous contractors. During his working trip to the district, Askhat Shakharov personally talked with the contractors and supervised the construction of the institution.
The educational institution is being built within the framework of the "Zhayly Mektep" national project with the funds of "Samruk-Kazyna Construction". It is designed for 600 places. The contracting organization "Antarium Group" LLP plans to complete the facility by September of this year. With the launch of the school, the problem of a shortage of student places in Kandyagash will be partially solved. Today, there are five schools in the city, and each of them has a large number of students. The new school will be equipped with modern equipment and access to innovative educational technologies.
Asshat Shakharov, who assessed the progress of the school construction, instructed the contractor to complete the work on time.
Also, the regional akim visited the “Kunshuak” kindergarten in Kandyagash, where major repairs were carried out and the equipment was completely updated with the funds of “Kazakhoil-Aktobe” LLP. Dishes, carpets, beds, musical and sports equipment, kitchen appliances, interactive whiteboards and game equipment were purchased. The preschool institution is designed for 320 children.
Furthermore, Askhat Shakharov visited the school opened last week in the Temir-Kopir village of the Enbek rural district. The school was built in accordance with modern standards and is equipped with special classrooms and laboratories for chemistry, biology, physics and labor lessons. 680 million tenge was allocated for its construction.
“The president set the task of creating equal conditions for children in rural and urban schools through state programs. This year, 13 comfortable schools with a capacity of 11.1 thousand places are planned to be put into operation in our region within the framework of a national project. In total, 25 new schools will be built in the region by 2025 to solve the problem of three-shift and two emergency schools.
The new schools will introduce a modern educational infrastructure, including specialized classrooms and laboratories for various subjects, which will allow students to receive high-quality education and skills in accordance with modern requirements. Also, attention will be paid to creating favorable conditions for teachers to work effectively and develop the potential of students in schools, "- noted the akim.
After visiting the school in the village of Temir Kyrgyz, the akim of the region met with local residents.
"Our situation is good. There is a road to the village, a bus stop nearby. Trains run regularly. Here, a new school has opened for children. Sometimes grandmothers want to rest from their grandchildren, so we need a medical center and a kindergarten. Our grandchildren can study and develop in kindergarten,” local resident Raziya Kozhantayeva appealed to the akim.
Akim of the Enbek rural district Amanbay Kayupov informed the akim of the region that local residents go to the outpatient clinic in Sagashili. The neighboring village is located three kilometers from Temir Kyur. And 27 preschool children are at home due to the lack of a kindergarten.
“This year, 30 billion tenge has been allocated for the construction of kindergartens in the region. We plan to build one kindergarten in the village of Zhagabulak and a school for 60 places in the village of Kotibar. Projects are being developed. All children should be provided with places in kindergartens, and we will do our best to create the necessary conditions for their full education and development from an early age,” the head of the region said.
Askhat Shakharov instructed to consider the issue of placing a kindergarten in the old school building and to introduce the issue of building a medical center in Temir Kyur as part of the national project “Modernization of Rural Healthcare”.
