During the inspection, the Department of Land Resources Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Atyrau Transport Prosecutor's Office, identified facts of illegal use of state lands. According to the results of the inspection, one of the farms was brought to administrative responsibility in accordance with Article 136 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" with a fine of 2,584,400 tenge. The requirements of the farm to challenge the decision in court were rejected.
In addition, the Department issued an order to the farm to develop a 100-hectare area located in the Makhambet district.
However, due to non-fulfillment of the order, the land plot was forcibly acquired in accordance with Article 94 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
