1. Name of the competition organizer and address of the place of receipt of applications for participation in the competition:
In accordance with paragraphs 9, 11, 12, 14-16, 42 of the Rules for the Management of Unclaimed Waste (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), approved by the Order of the Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 14, 2021 No. 373, a competition (hereinafter referred to as the competition) is announced for the sale of hazardous waste (chemical waste, materials, reagents, raw materials) transferred to republican ownership located on the territory of the former Aktau Plastics Plant in the city of Aktau, Mangistau region at the prices declared by the participants.
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted at the address of "Zhasyl Damu" JSC, Astana city, Yesil district, Kabanbai Batyr Avenue, Building 11/5, Office 407.
2. Time and place of the competition:
Astana city, Yesil district, Kabanbai Batyr avenue, building 11/5, room 612 (conference hall), will be held on February 11, 2025 at 15:00.
3. Start and end of acceptance of applications for participation in the competition:
Start of acceptance of applications for participation in the competition: from the date of publication of the announcement. End of acceptance of applications for participation in the competition: February 10, 2025 at 15:00.

The conditions and procedure for holding the competition are determined by the rules.

Lot 2 – "Pyrocatechin purple". Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau Industrial Park" LLP, building 1009, section 1. Quantity: 0.000187 tons.
Lot 3 – "Terphenyls". Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau Industrial Park" LLP, building 1009, section 38. Quantity: 2.113 tons.
Lot 4 – “Polypropylene”. Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of “Mangista industrial park” LLP, building 1009, section 24. Quantity: 0.9 tons.
Lot 5 – “Technical silica gel”. Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of “Mangista industrial park” LLP, building 1009, section 1. Quantity: 0.016 tons.
Lot 6 – “F-Potassium chloride”. Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau Industrial Park" LLP, building 1009, section 1. Quantity: 0.002 tons.
Lot 7 – "Chromium oxide". Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau Industrial Park" LLP, building 1009, section 1. Quantity: 0.000677 tons.
Lot 8 – "Pyridinium sulfate". Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau industrial park" LLP, building 1009, section 1. Quantity: 0.09 tons.
Lot 9 – "Specialized industrial solution containing fluorine (fluorine silicic acid solution)". Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau industrial park" LLP, building 1009, section 3. Quantity: 0.016 tons.
Lot 10 – "Etazole (2-para-aminobenzenesulfonamide) 5-ethyl 1,2,3,thiadazole". Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau Industrial Park" LLP, building 1009, section 1. Quantity: 0.014 tons.
Lot 11 – "Hydrochloric acid". Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau Industrial Park" LLP, building 1009, section 1. Quantity: 30 l / 0.026 tons.
Lot 12 – "N,N DIPHENYLGUANIDINE (sym-diphenylguanidine)". Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau Industrial Park" LLP, building 1009, section 1. Quantity: 0.004 tons.
Lot 13 – "3-picoline (beta-picoline, pure 3-methylpyridine)". Location: Mangystau region, Aktau city, territory of the former Aktau plastic mass plant, Industrial zone No. 5, on the territory of "Mangystau Industrial Park" LLP, building 1009, section 3. Quantity: 9 l / 0.008 tons.
