The Altynsarin National Academy of Education of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan has signed memoranda with two leading Big Tech companies Google for Education and Microsoft.

The partnership will open up new opportunities for the implementation of innovative solutions aimed at improving the quality of education. In particular, with Google for Education, it is planned to optimize the work of teachers, use advanced tools for organizing the educational process, which will expand the digital capabilities of Kazakhstani schoolchildren. Cooperation with Microsoft includes the development and implementation of cloud technologies, as well as improving digital literacy among teachers and schoolchildren.

"The signing of memoranda with the global offices of major technology companies marks an important step in the digital transformation of the education system. Within the framework of this partnership, special attention will be paid to the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence in the educational environment, which is of key importance when integrating modern technologies into the learning process," said Azamat Zhumakhmet, Vice President of the Altynsarin Academy.

It should be recalled that in January last year, Minister of Education Gani Beisembayev met with representatives of the company, where the parties agreed on further cooperation, and a year earlier, Altynsarin Academy implemented a joint project with Microsoft in the North Kazakhstan region to develop the potential of small schools.
