After the Astana Indoor meet for Amin Tuyakov prizes international tournament in the capital's Qazaqstan sports complex, fans collected the trash left in the stands, the official website of the Mayor's Office of the city reports.
Such cleanliness actions are becoming a good tradition among the residents of the capital.
"I am glad to see firsthand the world stars in athletics. I often read information in foreign media that the stadium was being cleaned by fans, and I was surprised. Today I am also contributing to the cleanliness of the city," said one of the fans who took part in the action.
Recall that today the capital of the country hosted the second ever international tournament Astana Indoor meet for Amin Tuyakov prizes. In the competition, about 150 athletes from 42 countries determined the strongest in 13 disciplines.
