Baurzhan Mamanov graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in 2012 with a degree in Accounting and Audit, and from the Eurasian Humanitarian Institute in 2018 with a degree in Law.
He began his career by gaining experience as a financier in the private sector.
He began his work experience in the civil service in 2014 with the position of an expert in the Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and later served as a chief expert in this system.
In 2018-2023, he worked as a head of the department in the Committee for Civil Society Affairs of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of Finance and Administrative Work of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the director of the Department of Economics and Finance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan He worked as a Deputy Director of the Department of Finance and Administrative Work of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
