He studied at the Hydromeliorative Technical College, which trains specialists in the design, operation and management of water management, irrigation and drainage systems in the Almaty region.
He began his career in 1985 as a water controller at the Shelek Irrigation Institution in the village of Shelek.
He became an expert in his field, making important decisions on the effective use and protection of water resources.

In 2024, on the occasion of the Republic Day, he was awarded the "Veteran of Water Management" badge of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
Today, he works as an engineer-hydrometer of the Bartogai operational department of the D. Konayev branch of the State Water Resources Administration.
