Today, January 27, by order of the Akim of Mangystau region, Nurdaulet Kilybay, Sabit Duisekenov was appointed head of the regional Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management.
Sabit Duisekenov was born in 1987. He has a higher education. In 2012, he graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan, and in 2014, from the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov.
He began his career in 2012 as the head of the security service of the Kendirli Kayasan State Reserve of the Okhotzooprom OB of the Forestry and Wildlife Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Mangystau region.
In 2014, he was appointed director of the Western Regional Branch of the Okhotzooprom OB.
In 2017, he served as the head of the security service of the Kendirli Kayasan State Reserve, the head of the Ural Regional Branch of the Okhotzooprom OB, and the head of the Ural Regional Branch of the Okhotzooprom OB of the Forestry and Wildlife Committee of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2017 and From 2023 to 2024, he worked as the head of the Aktobe regional branch of the Okhotzooprom Regional State Enterprise of the Committee for Forestry and Wildlife of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2023, he became the acting deputy akim of the Kobda district, then the deputy akim of the Kobda district, and also the head of the State Unitary Enterprise "Department for Regulation of Natural Resources and Nature Use of the Aktobe region".
From 2024 to the present day, he has been serving as the deputy akim of the Kobda district of the Aktobe region.
