It is necessary to begin a radical modernization of the technical and vocational education system. All responsible institutions and, most importantly, the private sector should actively participate in this matter.

In order for business to enter this area more often, the volume of state orders for technical and vocational education organizations will increase. Its size will also be uniform. An additional 22 billion tenge will be allocated from the budget this year. In this regard, akims will be given great responsibility. Together with entrepreneurs, they must determine the list of specialties needed in the region. They must also provide guidance to colleges to train in-demand personnel.

It is important to maintain the pace and quality of reforms in the field of science and higher education. The distribution of educational orders based on the rating of educational institutions should be under the control of the Government.

In recent years, the state has significantly increased the amount of funds allocated to science. It will continue to increase. But this money must be spent for a specific purpose. Only universities, institutes and scientists conducting high-quality and in-demand research should receive budget funds.
