The newly opened "Spiritual Center" in the Shieli district hosted a regional women's forum "The Ruler of the World is Labor" on the occasion of the "Year of Working Professions" declared by the Head of State.
The forum was attended by the chairwoman of the regional women's council, Raikul Bainazarova, the chairwoman of the business women's council, Manat Almasheva, representatives of the intelligentsia, entrepreneurs, and working women working in various fields.
The akim of the Shieli district, Aitbay Zhandarbekov, who chaired the meeting, highlighted the work done in the region thanks to the special support of the Head of State for the Syr region. In addition, the regional akim noted the social facilities built in recent years and large-scale measures taken.
The filming crew of the program "Darkhan Dala" on the republican TV channel "Khabar 24" specially came to the event organized on the occasion of the anniversary and got acquainted with the work done in the Syr region.
Let us recall that last year, as part of the "Year of Spirituality" in the region, "Spiritual Centers" were built in all 7 districts, including a wedding hall, library, museum, archive, youth palace, veterans' and mothers' homes, and a number of them were donated to the benefit of the country.
"Anaga Tagzym", "Otbasy Ortalyg", a multifunctional "Art Center" for 1,000 seats were built, and a new symphony orchestra, inclusive theater, youth theater, modern dance and choir groups were created. The main brand of Syr culture - the "Zhyraul Uyi" of representatives of the Zhyraul tradition was opened. The regional museum of local history and lore, the "Academy of Creativity" are under construction.
The "Anaga Tagzym" center is a national and modern cultural and social facility, erected in the city center at the initiative of the head of the region, a blessed place where the beauties of the Syr El and the mothers of the Akzhaulik people gather.
The "Anaga Tagzym" exposition complex, which connects the past and present of our people, houses a unique painting "Great Mothers of the Kazakh Nation" and an installation of a yurt, which tells about the life of our nation. In addition, "Miras" grandmothers, "Boytumar" girls, "Zhas Otau" young families, "Ana Tili" debate clubs, a psychologist-mediator office, "Bereke" cooking, and "Shamshyrak" photo and video studios operate. There is a museum, conference, cultural and concert halls, and a coworking center.
The transfer of the 1,000-seat "Art Center" built to support art and culture to the philharmonic society has opened up new opportunities for artists from Syrboy. There are 10 art societies established under the philharmonic society. The regional symphony, the Turmagambet folk instrument orchestra, the "Korkyt Sazy" kobyz players, the "Akmeshit" folklore, vocal and instrumental ensembles, the "Tomiris" and "AI-ARU" dance and choir groups, and the "Ademi" children's musical theater studio are working fruitfully in various areas of art.
The proposal to open a symphony orchestra by adding 30 additional staff to the chamber orchestra was positively resolved. The symphony orchestra, which was reorganized with the support of the regional akim, has 50 employees, and 17 artists are provided with office buildings. About 10 artists from Almaty, Astana, Shymkent, Aktobe, Taldykorgan, and Baikonur came with special invitations.
