The meeting was chaired by the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, Darkhan Satybaldy. The heating season is underway in the region in a regular mode, 1067 social facilities and 888 multi-storey residential buildings are fully provided with heat. A fuel reserve and an emergency reserve have been formed at the heat and power center. Currently, the enterprise has 5.3 thousand tons of fuel oil and 193 tons of diesel fuel.
The fuel reserve of all social facilities is full. Of the 162 thousand tons of coal required for the population and social facilities, 138 thousand tons have been delivered to warehouses.
Within the framework of the "Clean Kazakhstan" republican environmental program, a regional plan has been approved and comprehensive work is being carried out to ensure sanitation, improvement and create comfortable living conditions for residents. At the expense of sponsorship and the regional budget, the central square in Kyzylorda was renovated, the facades of 28 old multi-storey residential buildings were covered with modern panels, the courtyards of 20 multi-storey residential buildings were landscaped. The railway station building and platform underwent major repairs.
For the benefit of children, 80 playgrounds and sports grounds were put into operation, a recreation park in Zhanakorgan district, and the "Laborers' Alley" in Nagi Ilyasov village of Syrdarya district were put into operation. The central square of Zhanazhol village of Karmakshy district and the streets of Tan village of Zhalagash district were landscaped and illuminated.
For 800 million tenge allocated from the regional budget, the courtyards of 17 multi-storey residential buildings were built, 14 sports and playgrounds were built, and 7 children's playgrounds were renovated. At the expense of sponsors, the facades of 63 multi-storey residential buildings and 2 social facilities are being decorated in a modern style.
In the districts, 320 million tenge were allocated streets were improved, playgrounds and squares were built for more than tenge.
Last year, a uniform design code was approved for the decoration, painting and decoration of the facades of institutional buildings, children's playgrounds and sports grounds in yards, street lighting and bus stops in our region. Institutional buildings, yards, playgrounds, bus stops, and light poles in all settlements were brought into line with uniform architectural requirements.
The "Exemplary Settlement" competition is held annually in the region. Over the past two years, 1 billion 500 million tenge has been allocated, and 48 special equipment has been awarded to the best settlements. This year, 564 million tenge has been allocated for this purpose, and 19 municipal vehicles will be awarded to the winners. Last year, 106 special equipment was purchased for the utility sector and improvement institutions, and is now serving the country.
