The guests, who included representatives of the Ministry of the Republic of Tatarstan, specialists in the development of rural cooperation, and heads of leading processing enterprises of the republic, also visited the meat processing plant of ARAY-EAST FOOD LLP, which produces sausage products and meat delicacies in accordance with the Halal standard.
"Currently, horse breeding is developing well in our country. There are a lot of horses. There are only problems with the sale of meat. Our Tatarstan colleagues are interested in horse breeding. Our ultimate goal is to export high-quality meat products from Kazakhstan. Our slaughterhouses are ready. If there is a demand from Tatarstan, we are ready to export horse and beef meat if we sign the relevant memorandums," said Kairyly Khasenov, head of the "Maulit" farm, deputy of the regional maslikhat.
The enterprise produces more than 100 types of boiled and smoked sausages and other sausage products. The plant has a packaging line with innovative equipment and three production workshops. Last year, an additional line for the production of sausage products was put into operation at ARAY-EAST FOOD LLP. Its capacity was increased to 1.8 thousand tons of finished products per year.
