Tatarstan delegation visits farms in Abai region

A delegation led by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov visited several farms in our region. The first to be established was Agrofirma Prirechnoye LLP in the Zhanasemei district, which is now a large enterprise engaged in cattle breeding, production, sale, processing and storage of vegetables. The farm is a member of the Republican Chamber of the Kazakh White-headed Breed and the Republican Chamber of the Auliekol Breed.
The farm, which employs more than 100 people, has the status of a seed farm for potato production and a factory for breeding Kazakh White-headed cattle of meat orientation.
In addition, it is one of the first to introduce the method of sprinkler irrigation of arable land in our region. Today, it owns 28 sprinklers. 19 of them are "Fregat" sprinklers, 2 - "Zimmatik" rotary irrigation systems, 3 - Rheinke rotary irrigation systems, 4 - "Valley" sprinklers. There are 7 potato and vegetable warehouses with a capacity of 14.0 thousand tons.
Since its establishment in 1993, the enterprise has implemented 12 investment projects. This year, it is planned to build a feedlot for 10 thousand heads.
Another farm where guests from Kazan stopped is the "Lazarev and K" LLP breeding farm located in the Borodulikha district, which is engaged in breeding Kazakh white-headed cattle. The farm works to improve the breed of livestock and carries out selection activities. One of its achievements is obtaining the "Elite Record" category for its breeding stock. The enterprise has an extraction line for processing sunflower seeds (capacity 12.5 thousand tons), as well as the status of a breeding farm for beekeeping.
And the Zenkovskoye LLP in the district is engaged in the cultivation of grain, leguminous and oilseed crops and cattle. The farm carries out selection and breeding work for cattle using Kazakh white-headed bulls.
"Automation, digitalization and strict accounting of livestock are not just a trend today, but a necessity. This not only increases the efficiency of monitoring fattening, but also plays an important role in terms of veterinary safety. Our direction is the same, exchange of experience, partnership, introduction of new technologies are the key to the development of dairy and meat farming. The demand for the meat market is growing, we need to support this and further develop it through joint projects and innovative approaches," said Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food.
