Construction work in the Kyzylorda region is being carried out at a level 41% higher than the national average. This was announced by the regional governor Nurlybek Nalibayev at an expanded meeting of the Government chaired by the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
More than 2,500 apartments have been handed over to citizens on the housing queue. New social facilities are being built in the region. In 2024, 69 new buildings were built, and today 25 educational, 16 healthcare, 11 cultural, and 17 sports facilities are serving the country. It is planned to build 21 schools within the framework of the "Cozy School" national project. Today, 5 educational institutions have been put into operation, and 5 schools will be handed over before the new academic year. 28 facilities have been built within the framework of the "Modernization of Healthcare in the Village" national project.
245 new ambulances have been purchased for healthcare institutions in all villages of the region, and the issue of ambulances has been completely resolved. The "For the People of Kazakhstan" Fund, established at the initiative of the Head of State, allocated 4 billion tenge for the development of the region's healthcare sector. With this money, "Kamkorlyk" rehabilitation centers were opened in the Aral and Zhanakorgan districts and the city of Kyzylorda. In addition, a mobile screening complex was purchased for 1 billion 100 million tenge from the fund, providing uninterrupted medical services to rural residents.
With the sponsorship of local entrepreneurs, new buildings, parks, and playgrounds were built in the regional center and districts for about 50 billion tenge, which were transferred to the state balance.
