Astana, January 29, 2025 – Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Minister of Foreign Affairs Murat Nurtileu met with the Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Kazakhstan Mohammed Al-Ariki.
At the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues of Kazakh-Emirati cooperation, in particular, the rapid development of trade, economic and investment ties. The Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that the UAE is one of Kazakhstan's key partners in the Middle East and noted the trustful dialogue established between the heads of state.
The interlocutors positively assessed the results of the recent working visit. The President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the UAE to participate in the "Sustainable Development Week" in Abu Dhabi. and expansion of transport and logistics cooperation. In this context, the increase in passenger traffic between the countries and the increase in the number of tourist trips were noted with satisfaction.
In addition, the interlocutors discussed the global agenda and agreed to continue active work within international organizations. .
