Gulzhan Musabaeva has been working at a pharmaceutical complex for the production of medical equipment for 3 years. The plant, which produces blood transfusion, preparation and dispensing vials and other medical equipment, currently employs about 160 specialists. Previously, containers used in the donor sector were imported from abroad, but now they are manufactured and assembled by workers from the capital.
"I really like my job. I value my work. Here I am engaged in the assembly of equipment for blood center donors, in particular, sterile containers. I have been working here for 3 years, my team is also good, we have a good relationship. "Here, there is shift work, that is, after working for a week, our colleagues from the second shift continue," she said.
Gulzhan Musabaeva warmly welcomed the declaration of this year by the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev as the Year of Working Professions, because she believes that the place of working people in society should be appreciated at its own level.
Let us recall that President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev declared 2025 the Year of Working Professions. Accordingly, many measures have been taken at the republican and regional levels and a comprehensive plan has been developed. Through its implementation, reforms will be carried out in areas ranging from the vocational education system to employment, which is involved in the training of working professions.
