The Kazakh National University of Arts has been officially named after the legendary opera singer Kulyash Baiseitova.
Let us recall that the decision to rename the educational institution was made by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and announced this last year at the ceremony of awarding workers of culture and art.
After the completion of the state re-registration procedure, the educational institution was officially named "Kulyash Baiseitova Kazakh National University of Arts".
This important event was a clear demonstration of the great contribution of Kulyash Baiseitova to national culture and Kazakh art and the glorification of her rich heritage to the younger generation.
