Akim of Abay region Nurlan Urankhayev once again received citizens and listened to their problems. Residents asked the regional head their questions and received specific answers. At the reception, our fellow countrymen presented their requests for housing, medical and material support.
Among those registered for reception, those who requested housing were given a decent response. The regional akim noted that the process of allocating housing is being carried out in accordance with established state standards. It was noted that those on the shelter queue will receive apartments only in accordance with the queue.
"Solving social problems is our task. Every resident of the region should feel the care of the state. We will continue to work to improve the quality of life of people, expand their support measures, and increase the availability of social services," the regional head said.
At the end of the personal reception, the regional akim instructed the heads of responsible departments to pay close attention to citizens' requests and take measures to resolve them as soon as possible. He said that each raised issue would be monitored.
