The Astana Zhastary Youth Resource Center and the capital's Youth Policy Department held a discussion and held the third book meeting of Aqyl Life with students of the capital's College of Service and Tourism, as part of the days of Moscow in Astana, the official website of the city akimat reports.
Three works were discussed at the venue, which made a deep impression on the invited speakers and influenced their worldview.
"Such meetings are held in order to give speakers the opportunity to share their life and professional experience with the younger generation. It is an important platform for sharing knowledge, motivation and inspiration, where young people can draw valuable lessons and guidelines for their development. The speakers share not only their experience, but also knowledge that helps young people gain self-confidence, expand their horizons and understand what steps need to be taken to achieve success in various spheres of life," said Kamilla Mukhatayeva, an employee of the Astana Zhastary Youth Resource Center.
The event was attended by well-known speakers, whose performances became inspiring for the audience. Kazakh actor, director and TV presenter Dauren Sergazin told how books helped him in his professional and personal growth.
"Everyone should find at least a little time to read, regardless of work or study. These should be three books of different styles: one on professional activity, the second on Kazakh literature, and the third on history. Personally, I read 4-5 books at the same time: some of them are easily perceived, while others need to be approached with more care. I think about and analyze each work — they often lead to different thoughts," he said.
An open discussion with the participants allowed everyone to ask questions, share their opinions and discuss the most memorable moments from the books presented.
The participants also noted that the Aqyl Life project helps young people to unite, form new ideas and find inspiration for self-development.
