Today, Akim of the Zhetisu region Beibit Isabayev visited the Eskeldinsky district as part of a working trip and held a meeting with the population of the district, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.
Speaking at a meeting with the population, Beibit Isabayev focused on the preliminary results and further plans for the development of the region and the Eskeldinsky district, paying attention to measures aimed at improving social infrastructure, the special contribution of the district to the success of the development of the agricultural sector of the region, noting other main directions. The district administration was assigned a number of tasks on issues related to land relations, including control over the targeted use of land, intensification of work on the provision of land through tenders and auctions.
- At the end of 10 months, the short economic indicator in the field of Housing and Communal Services amounted to 112.6%. This is one of the highest indicators in the republic. We will continue to maintain the achieved positive rates of socio-economic development, having successfully completed this year. First of all, we strive to provide the population with high-quality drinking water, natural gas, roads, housing, and social facilities. For example, over the past 2 years, 18 block-modular facilities in various fields, including healthcare, culture, and sports, have been introduced in the Eskeldinsky district alone. According to the latest data, the leaders of infrastructure development in the region are the Eskeldinsky and border Panfilov districts, - said the head of the region B. Isabaev.
Speaking about the development of infrastructure, the governor of the region promised that next year the issues related to the overhaul of the house of culture in the village of Baktybai and the construction of a park in the village of Karabulak will be completely eliminated. Beibit Isabayeva also paid attention to the issues of gas supply, provision of high-quality drinking water and housing, as well as road repairs. By the way, in 2022-2024, 25.9 billion tenge was allocated from the regional budget to the Eskeldinsky district for the construction, reconstruction of social facilities and design work.
In addition, Beibit Isabayev dwelled on the measures that were taken in connection with the problematic issues raised by residents of the district at a meeting last year.
As noted, 2 issues have been fully resolved to date. In particular, the kindergarten building was overhauled and the sports grounds were repaired by S. M.Baisov. Feasibility studies have also been developed for the repair of roads in the village of Koktobe and the installation of lighting on Abai Street in the village of Shymkent. Positive conclusions of the state examination have been received, the work will be carried out next year. The construction of the irrigation system in Akyn Sara village is also planned for 2025.
During the meeting, residents asked their questions. In particular, a resident of S.Kokzhazyk was interested in the timing of completion of gasification, repair of roads and lighting of the village. As it was noted, a number of street lighting poles are not functioning on this ethane, in this regard, as part of the warranty obligation, the contractor undertakes to eliminate this problem as soon as possible. As for gasification and road repairs, these projects are ongoing and will be completed next year. But a resident of Karatal village is concerned about the quality of the road from the village to the district center – Karabulak village. On this issue, the governor of the region instructed the responsible persons to make specific proposals.
By the way, in the village of Karatal, a major renovation of the school was carried out this year, new block-modular house of culture and rural akimat were introduced. The akim of the region personally got acquainted with the work of the latter as part of today's trip to the district.
The new 100-seat house of culture has a library, assembly and sports halls, vocal, dance, chess, boxing classes. As for the rural akimat, the building was built in disrepair before the end of the 60s. Now, all the necessary conditions have been created for employees to work effectively. Recall that in total, about 2,400 residents live in the Karatal rural district.
It is worth noting that on the same day, akim of the region Beibit Isabayev held a reception for citizens on personal issues.
