At this stage, 39 thousand residents have received access to gas in the Eskeldinsky district of the Zhetisu region, 12 settlements out of 21 to be gasified have been gasified over the past 2 years. This was announced by akim of the region Beibit Isabayev at a meeting with the population of the Eskeldinsky district, the press service of the akim of the Zhetisu region reports.
- Work is underway on the construction of gas distribution networks in 7 more settlements: Kokzhazyk, Terekty, Karatal, Abai, Shymkent, Zhastar, Aktasty. Of these, work in 5 settlements will be completed by the end of the year, and in the villages of Kokzhazyk and Terekti – next year, - said the head of the region B. Isabayev.
An application has also been submitted to the republican budget for the construction of gas distribution networks in the villages of Kaynarly and Zhalgyzagash. As a result, by the end of 2025, 21 settlements of the district subject to gasification, with a population of 48 thousand people, will be gasified, that is, by the end of next year, the Eskeldinsky district will be fully gasified.
