In the Eskeldinsky district of the Zhetisu region, over the 10 months of this year, the number of agricultural animals, including cattle, cattle, horses and camels, increased by an average of 13%. At the same time, meat and milk production also increased, and the workload of feedlots increased 1.6 times compared to last year. This was announced by the akim of the region Beibit Isabayev during a meeting with the population of the district, the press service of the akim of the region Zhetisu reports.
In particular, the number of cattle amounted to 41.2 thousand heads, MS – 145.7 thousand, the number of horses reached 13.4 thousand.
- There are 9 dairy farms in the district with a design capacity of 2,350 heads and 4 feedlots for 1,900 heads, which are currently 82% loaded. At the same time, 341 million tenge has been allocated to the district this year to improve the quality of veterinary services. If last year block-modular vet stations were installed in the villages of Baktybai, Zhalgyzagash and Konyr, then this year they were introduced in the villages of Kaynarly, Zhetysu and Akyn Sara. Also, over the past two years, 4 special vehicles have been purchased, and the material and technical base of the industry has been updated in general, - said the head of the gdava region B. Isabaev.
