The number of facilities built to meet the needs of local residents is increasing in the Zharma district. Among them are residential buildings, socio-cultural and sports facilities. So, a new sports hall was opened in the village of Auezov.
The modular hangar-type sports hall was built at the expense of the Public Fund "Kazakhstan Khalkyna".
Local residents noted that the opening of the gym is an important event in the life of the village, expressing gratitude for such a gift. They are confident that the new facility will contribute to the promotion of health, the development of sports and the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
A friendly mini-football match was held in honor of the opening of the sports hall.
To date, there are 125 sports facilities in the Zharma district: 2 sports complexes, 1 wrestling hall, 1 boxing hall, a racetrack, 6 hockey courts, 82 outdoor sports grounds and gyms in 23 schools. 40.3% of the residents of the district are engaged in sports.
