The Department of Land Management of the North Kazakhstan region of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the basis of an appeal from the Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of Petropavlovsk, conducted an unscheduled inspection for unauthorized occupation of state-owned land.
According to the results of the survey and measurement, the fact of unauthorized occupation and use of state-owned land with an area of 0.8 hectares by a local LLP was established.
The legal entity was brought to administrative responsibility for the offense.
The department sent a letter to the akim of the city of Petropavlovsk on taking measures to reclaim an illegally occupied land plot of state property.
By the decision of the specialized interdistrict economic court of the North Kazakhstan Region, the claims of the Akimat of the city of Petropavlovsk of the North Kazakhstan region were satisfied.
