Today, the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kanat Sharlapayev visited the "City of Working Professions" festival. It brought together future specialists, employers and vocational education organizations. This is the first large-scale event within the framework of the "Year of Working Professions" declared by the President.
The Minister got acquainted with the process of training specialists in vocational education organizations in the mining, metallurgy, mechanical engineering, construction and housing and communal services sectors.
13 thematic houses were presented in the sectors controlled by the Ministry, which are located on Mining and Metallurgy, Machine Builders and Builders streets.
The festival was organized with the support of the sponsoring companies Kazakhmys Corporation, QARMET, Eurasian Resources Group, AK Altynalmas, Tau-Ken Samruk, Allur, BI Group, Nur Astana Construction, Sardar Group, and Kazakhstan Automobile Union ZTB.
Thematic houses were equipped with equipment with the direct participation of the following educational institutions: Semey Geological Exploration College, Khromtau Mining Technical Higher College, Stepnogorsk Mining Technical College, Temirtau Higher Polytechnic College, Polytechnic College of Kazakhmys Corporation, Karaganda Higher Polytechnic College, ASTANA Automobile College, Kostanay Higher Transport College. POLYTECHNIC, Karaganda Technical and Construction College, Almaty Construction and Technical College, Service and Tourism College of the Astana City Administration.
