The competition of the world's strongest exceptional athletes has ended in Dubai (UAE) as part of the Fazza World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2025 World Grand Prix series. Athletes from Karaganda won five out of eight medals as part of the Kazakhstan national team.
The champion of the 2024 Paralympic Games Dastan Mukashbekov became the best in shot put.
Rufat Khabibullin took third place in the 100-meter race. But last season he tried his hand at javelin throwing. The result of the new sport was a silver medal in the World Grand Prix series.
Igor Khlystov took second place in the 100-meter run.
And the fifth prize was won by Bekzhan Bolketay - he became a silver medalist in the long jump.
The paraathletes are coached by Sergey Bezgachev.
