For the convenience of passengers and due to the increase in passenger traffic, two additional electric trains have been launched into the Almaty metro network. This allowed reducing the train travel interval during morning and evening rush hours to 3 minutes and 6 seconds.
The change is aimed at making passenger travel more comfortable and reducing the load on trains during rush hours. Currently, the parallel operation of 13 trains allows reducing the waiting time of passengers on the platform and preventing crowding.
Metro specialists are constantly monitoring the passenger flow and promptly making the necessary changes to the train schedule.
