✔️Relevant work continues in the Turkestan region to provide the population with housing. Meanwhile, the construction of 5 2-story, 8-apartment residential buildings has been completed in the village of Kazygurt. Today, the Governor of the Turkestan region, Nuralkhan Kusherov, during a business trip to the district, handed over the keys to new apartments to 40 families on the housing waiting list.
✔️– The Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich, instructed to carry out systematic work to provide the population with housing. The pace of construction is increasing every year in our region, and multi-storey buildings are being built. Today, the residents of Kazygurt are also filled with joy. I congratulate you all on your housing! – said Nuralkhan Kusherov.

✔️The construction of these houses began in March last year and was completed at the end of the year. The construction was carried out by Urba Standard LLP. There are 8 apartments in 1 residential building. Among them, there are 2 1-room apartments (36.4 m²), 4 2-room apartments (59.4 and 52.2 m²) and 2 3-room apartments (74.8 m²).
✔️It should be noted that since the establishment of the Turkestan region, that is, from 2018 to 2024, more than 14 thousand families have been provided with housing. Of these, 7,567 families were provided with communal housing, and 6,594 families were provided with mortgage housing through the "7-20-25" and "Family Bank" programs. If we look at the dynamics here, approximately 2,200 apartments are provided annually from the communal housing stock and through various mortgage programs. Last year alone, the country was provided with 1,174 communal houses and 977 residential mortgage houses. These works will continue systematically.
