By order of the Acting Head of the Almaty Region Akim's Office, Amanzhol Ibragimov Istoleuovich Since February 17, he has been appointed to the position of Advisor to the Akim of Almaty Region.

Amanzhol Istoleuovich was born in 1968, has a higher education, graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1995 with a degree in Oriental Studies, and from the M. Tynyshpayev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications in 2004 with a degree in Economics and Management, is a Candidate of Economic Sciences.

He began his career in 1995 as a leading specialist at the Almaty Railway.

Over the years, he has held positions in the international department of the republican state enterprise "Kazakh Temir Zholy", head of the representative office of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (PRC), head of the department of the international department of NC "KTZ", head of the representative office of the PRC and Southeast Asia (Beijing), advisor to the President of NC "KTZ",  He held the positions of Advisor to the President of KTZ Express JSC, Branch Director of Kazpost JSC, Director of the Container Transportation Department of KTZ Express JSC, Deputy General Director of Eurasia Supply Chain Aktau/Almaty LLP. For about 18 years, he headed the Representative Office of KTZ NC JSC in the PRC. From October 2024 to the present, he has held the position of General Director of TezJet Cargo LLP.
