From February 14 to 16, the Short Track Speed ​​Skating World Cup was held in Milan, Italy. Athletes from Akmola region Denis Nikisha and Mersaid Zhaksybayev, who performed as part of the men's relay team, won bronze medals. They were defeated only by the teams of Italy and Canada.
