The Department of Youth Policy of the Karaganda region was headed by Aisulu Erniyazova.
Aisulu Erniyazova began her career in 2015 as a leading specialist in working with youth organizations at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and then headed the committee on working with youth organizations there.
Over the years, she has been the head of the Youth Policy Center at the Almaty International Business University, the executive director of the Almaty Volunteer League Public Foundation, the director of the Social Development Department of the International Education Corporation, and the deputy chairman of the youth wing of Jas Otan (Astana).
In public service since 2023. He was an advisor to the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Up until now, he has worked as the director of the "Zhastar" Scientific and Research Center LLP in Astana.
